Branding and Design Assistance for Cooper Hewitt’s Making Home Triennial (Under Office Ben Ganz)
As part of my work under Office Ben Ganz, I contributed to the branding and design for Cooper Hewitt’s Making Home triennial, a collaboration with Johnston Marklee, the architecture firm behind the exhibition design. My role focused on supporting the creation of a cohesive visual identity for the triennial, ensuring it reflected the exhibition’s exploration of home-making and design innovation.
Key contributions included:
Preliminary Design Work: Assisting with decks, preliminary sketches, ideation, and formatting deliverables to align with the project’s visual direction.
Typeface and Color Palette Development: Helping to shape the exhibition’s typeface and color choices, integral elements of the branding.
Signage and Exhibition Graphics: Collaborating on signage design, ensuring clarity and aesthetic cohesion across the exhibition space.
This project provided a dynamic opportunity to merge branding and exhibition design, contributing to a renowned institution’s vision of redefining the concept of home. Learn more about Making Home at Cooper Hewitt’s website.
